I.Brief introduction
The alternative name of texanol is alcohol ester, and the chemical name is: 2,2,4 – trimethyl – 1,3 – pentanediol texanol. It can reduce the membrane forming temperature of the polymer.

III. Using method and adding amount
Because the texanol is the powerful solvent, it should be used carefully. The using amount is mainly depending on the minimum membrane forming temperature of the polymer, the hardness of the polymer, etc. More texanol should be added for the harder polymer. If it is used to much, there might be the gelatin. The recommended using amount is 2 – 10% of the amount of emulsion, it can be added in any stages and the addition should be confirmed after the experiment.
IV. Package and storage
The package is the plastic barrel of 50 kg, iron barrel with 200kg with the plastic inside lining or customized on the request of the customers.
The product should be stored in the room with the temperature of 5 - 35℃. The direct sunlight and the explosion in the air for long time should be avoided, or the water will be vaporized and there will be skinning. The time length for storage is normally half year.
